So I thought I had my design for my new outfit finalized, but I just thought of a new variation.
The original idea was to make a slightly bunchy, jagged skirt out of approx 8 diamond-shaped pieces of cloth and then edge the bottom in green.
But now I'm considering making a skirt out of maybe only 5 or 6 panels, making it less bunchy, but over the top of the skirt itself attaching free-hanging extra panels at the waist, much like the ones for my Red/Black streetgear outfit.
It would give it a double-skirt effect, or so I'm theorizing. Or they might just look stiff and awkward. I'm not sure yet. Maybe I should just make a prototype of each design and see which looks best. As best as it can in terrible quilting cloth.
At least I finished my new hairpieces. I need to try them out to see how well they wear.
